National Marine is redesigning a Delta Phanton 11.5m With a wide fully enclosed wheelhouse making her ideal for crew transfer, survey work and dive operations as well as standby safety boat work or guard vessel duties. We are currently finishing the design of this vessel while the hull is being fully refurbished.
